I work with teens and adults (13+) who have started to recognize that something in their lives isn’t working for them anymore. Maybe you’re caught in patterns that keep repeating, overwhelmed by your thoughts or emotions, struggling in your relationships, or questioning what you want from your life.

Sometimes, the ways we learn to cope, protect ourselves, or relate to others develop for a reason. They may have helped us through a difficult childhood, relationship, or period of life, but what helped us then may not be what we need now.

My role is to help you understand these patterns with curiosity and without judgment. Together, we can explore where they came from, how they may have helped you survive, and what you need at this stage of your life. Therapy isn’t about telling you who to be or which path to take. It’s about creating more awareness and choice in how you move forward.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have worked in outpatient, residential, and community mental health settings which has given me the opportunity to collaborate with people across different stages of life.

I’ve also always been interested in the connection between mind and body. I’m a certified yoga teacher and am completing additional training in yoga therapy. This has shaped the way I think about mindfulness, the nervous system, and how our experiences can show up not only in our thoughts and emotions, but in our bodies too.

My Approach

Trauma-Informed

I prioritize safety, trust, and choice. We move at a pace that feels right for you.

Compassion-Focused

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.

Whole-Person Care

Whole-Person Care

I integrate mind, body, and nervous system awareness into our work together.

Evidence-Based Care

Evidence-Based

I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches and tailor them to your needs.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and understand yourself more deeply. We’ll look at what you’re going through now, while also exploring the experiences and patterns that may have shaped how you got here.

What you can expect:

  • Looking beneath the surface. We’ll explore not only what you’re feeling, but the experiences and patterns that may help explain why.

  • Therapy that fits you. I adapt how we work together based on who you are, what you need, and what feels helpful to you.

  • Connecting mind and body. We can pay attention to what’s happening in your body as well as your thoughts and emotions.

  • Helping you find your own way. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll help you understand yourself more clearly so you can make choices that feel right for you.
